Deposit

A £500 damage deposit is pre-authorised and fully released after the post-stay inspection.

Please note

• Prospect House is a listed building. The original staircase is in good condition, but its banisters must not be climbed on or put under heavy weight.
• The house has gated access to a shallow duck pond at the front, so please supervise children.
• Bed configurations can't be changed.
• Please leave the dishes washed at check-out.
• No smoking indoors, no stag parties, and outdoor areas close at 10pm.
