Damage deposits

Some homes take a damage deposit. At Prospect House, a £500 deposit is pre-authorised and fully released after the post-stay inspection. [Deposits for the other homes TBC]

House rules

• No smoking indoors at any home.
• Maximum occupancy is as shown for each home, and bed configurations can't be changed.
• Dogs are welcome at some homes and considered on request at others; see each home's Plan Your Stay page.
• Some homes have their own rules on parties and quiet hours. At Prospect House, stag parties are not accepted and outdoor areas close at 10pm.
