A former brew shop turned three-storey family home, with a private garden and parking, a short hop from the city centre.

What's the largest group you can host?
Yoward House sleeps up to 18. Book it together with Snicklegate next door and the two houses sleep up to 32.
Can you arrange a private chef or caterer?
Yes. We'll help with private chefs, caterers and the little details that make a weekend.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am at every home.
Do you accept stag and hen parties?
Prospect House doesn't accept stag parties, and its outdoor areas close at 10pm out of respect for neighbours. [Confirm the policy for the other homes.]
Can we bring dogs?
Prospect House and Millfield Escape welcome dogs. At Yoward House and Snicklegate, dogs are considered on request.
